A £1,000 reward has been offered to anyone who can help to capture an arsonist attacking speed cameras, following a spate of accidents near cameras he's torched. It's believed to be the work of a single person, though there could be a group. The perpetrators have set fire to 15 of Lincolnshire's 50 fixed speed cameras over the last few months. However, far from being hailed the heroes of the beleaguered motorist, the criminals have found themselves with a four-figure price linked to their arrest. Crimestoppers, the charity best known for TV appeals whose aim is to catch criminals, has put up the £1,000 prize.
