Congratulations Katie! 21 at Last!
The fabulous Katie Windsor turns 21 next week. Described by her parents as the greatest thing since sliced bread, she is undoubtedly my best friend ever. Loved and admired by everyone she meets. She is cool, smart, funny and did I mention she is MY best friend. And although her young brother likes to describe her as "my snotty sister", there is not a shred of truth in it.
