Spoon Rage reaches epidemic proportions.
It started with road rage, moved on to pram (or stroller) rage, and now we have spoon rage. Restaurant goers from around the world are discovering spoons that have not been adequately cleaned and polished, and they are finding it simply intolerable. Inevitably this anger and frustration vents itself on the hospitality staff front-line the waiters and waitresses. Assaults on these staff members has increased five-fold in the last 6 months, with many victims having to spend time in hospital to have the spoons removed from various orifices.
